Alpine Weight Loss Secrets

Huffington Post's Stefan Aschan is FINALLY divulging the secrets of not only losing weight, but looking younger. Now you know I'm ALL about looking younger! His newest book Alpine Weight Loss Secrets: The Natural Way to Look 5, 10, Even 20 Years Younger (Volume 1) brings together the tips and secrets that he learned growing up in Austria and brings them to US!


I mean who doesn't want to get a

• To stay young for the rest of your life?
• Rev up your metabolism.

Is it quick and easy? NO - but, nothing worthwhile ever is. It is however SIMPLE to follow. Personally, I like to journal when I'm on a program, mostly because I can SEE what I'm doing right (or for that matter, what I'm doing WRONG).  Aschan's book provides you with worksheets within the book so you can get a clear vision of where you're starting and what your goals are.

I particularly liked the information on calories and enzymes. I must say that a lot of this information was new to me. Not that "not all calories are created equal" but, what enzymes do to help metabolize the foods that we're eating, and how choosing the "PROPER" foods can erase pounds and YEARS in a very short time.


Alpine Weight Loss Secrets: The Natural Way to Look 5, 10, Even 20 Years Younger (Volume 1) goes beyond just diet and explores posture, exercise and even the JOY of living (something that I know a LOT about).

I like this very holistic approach to weight loss and more and am beginning to implement some of the tactics that Mr. Aschan speaks of. Oh and for you foodies, you don't want to miss the recipes, they'll make your mouth water.
