He's B-A-C-K, I'm in love with Monday's again.

My heart is pounding in anticipation, because Tony Bourdain is BACK on Monday nights with an ALL NEW season of "No Reservations."

His first stop this season will be Chile. Of course he'll be dining his way through eating all sorts of beef, pork, seafood fruits and vegetables that are native to Chile. But that's not all he'll be doing. We'll get to come along with him as Tony checks out the beautiful landscapes covered with mountains, flowers and plant life. Yes, he's doing a little exploring in this "land of extremes" this week

Tony's going to visit Fuente Alemana, a restaurant serving German pints and Lomidos, a monstrous sandwich of pork, avocado, and mayonnaise (make sure to watch the sneak peek scene on a full stomach!). Tony’s obsession with pork continues when he dines at El Hoyo, a restaurant specializing in all forms of pork, pork skin, and extraneous pig bits.

We'll get to see him enjoy a rodeo, and some shopping at the bustling market in the Estacion Central, which is filled with fresh produce and meats. He also stops at a food stall in the neighboring marketing, where they enjoy ‘caldopata’ (hoof soup), ‘chunchules’ (fried intestines), and ‘pastel de choco’ (corn pie). This will truly be an experience to remember. I for one LOVE visiting markets and food stalls, so I'm getting even more excited about this premiere.

Tony also wants to see a bit of the Patagonia region of the country where there are gorgeous coastlines, quiet beaches, and stunning cliffs and hillsides. There, over a delicious meal of all local ingredients, they discuss living ‘the good life’. Hmmm, I wonder if he's been reading Champagne Living lately? Thanks for the plug Tony.

The premiere episode of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations, Chile airs on Monday, July 13 at 10pm E/P on the Travel Channel.

Tony will also have a post about the episode on his blog:
