Today is Valentine's Day and I'm giving myself a gift. A Pedicure! I would normally go to the salon to have them done, but I'm still at the tail end of a cold, so I'll be relaxing at home, give MYSELF a spa day and enjoy. I have TWO issues when I do my nails (both at home and at the salon)....going outside immediately after without RUINING my pedicure by putting on shoes. In the summertime (flip-flop time) it's easy, but winter, even here in South Florida...going outside without socks on a 50 degree day is a bit chilly (I can only imagine what it would be like going out in Boston even in the fall and spring).

Interesting idea! i hate walking out in those flip flops with nice clean scrubbed feet and then getting all dirty right away. the socks would help!
Don't you just wish you had thought of this? It's a simple idea, but so USEFUL.
