It's a bird...it's a plane...it's a Superfuit?

Last year I wrote a series of posts about how I was going to live healthier and use Genesis Today's Superfruits to help me. I did....for a while. And like everything else, I fell off the wagon. I admit my shortcomings, you see I have a very difficult time with follow-through when it comes to taking care of myself. That's why my diets fail, and I don't stick with exercise programs. I forget to take my vitamins, etc.

BUT, when I recognize that I need to start again, I don't let my past transgressions stand in the way. I start FRESH. I hate to admit it, but I do much better when I'm accountable to someone else. Like I'll lose weight easily when I have a buddy, and I'll drink my Genesis Today SuperFruit juices when I know that Dr. Lindsay and his staff are keeping tabs on me. I REALLY love the juice and I love the way they make me feel. It's odd, but I have NO problem making sure that I get my nails or hair done, those things are easy. I can keep up with my writing - because, again it's easy. Healthy living....is not always easy, at least not for me.

So, I'm excited to say that I'll be working along side Genesis Today again this year. It's odd, but I had a sort of premonition about this, and I believe that everything happens for a reason  I've been thinking a lot about the upcoming changes that I'll be making in my life in 2011, so to allow me to once again be an ambassador for a brand I love AND keep me on track is a perfect combination.

I'd recently bought a few of their new products. Remember that Jackie Warner diet book? Well, she said that you should have whey during the day to boost your protein intake. Guess what? Genesis Today has come out with Protein Boost that I bought at WalMart to get me through the diet. Right next to that was something called Omega Orange. I LOVE Orange Juice, so I bought some of that as well. Well...the diet didn't last, but the Omega Orange has become a staple in my house.

WHY?

Well...it's got some of my favorite fruits in it and it tastes like a creamsicle. It's smooth and creamy with not even a hint of acidity.

Here's what Genesis Today has to say about my favorite new juice:

"We’ve taken all that’s good about orange juice, added a splash of creamy orange flavor, and made it even better with heart-friendly DHA omega-3 fatty acids in every serving. Plus, we’ve strengthened this juice with vitamins and minerals and smoothed out the “acid burn” taste you get from most of the orange juices on the shelf today. Find it in the refrigerated section in the Dairy/Orange Juice aisle."

If taken care of myself was THIS easy ALL of the time...I'd be GOLDEN.

I purchase my Genesis Today Superfruits at WalMart in the refrigerated juice section, check out their Product Finder to find a store near you that carries them.

Thank you to Genesis Today for allowing me to be an ambassador. I was sent coupons to try the juice, but I had actually bought it with my own money before they even sent me any...so, the opinions are ALL mine.

Sounds yummy! I'm a wagon faller offer too. Heck, sometimes I even jump off! ;)

LOL - I like that "Jumping" off the wagon, that's a GREAT way of putting it.

What's superfuit???? Does this by any chance have "high fructose" in it that is a by-product in creating ethanol that comes from genetically altered grain so that the weed killer roundup (remember agent orange from the 70's essentially the same thing) can be used for faster growing along with insecticides, nitrogen and other other major cancer and chromosome altering chemicals?? If you want to talk "healthy" let's talk about ingredients and their sources......

JD - take a look at the ingredients. No high fructose corn syrup. Superfruits are fruits that are NATURALLY packed with nutrients including vitamins, minerals, essential fats and especially antioxidants. Fruits like Goji, Acai, Cacao, and Resveratrol. Go to http://www.genesistoday.com and you'll see.
