Xcaret Eco-Park

"Xcaret Park was created to promote love and respect for nature and Mexico's cultural heritage."

Explanation can not quite do Xcaret justice. My expectation after seeing the brochure and listening to Julio, our host from the Cancun Caribe Park Royal Grand was part theme park, part water ride and part historical character show. Being jaded from living so close to the Orlando parks, I was unable to really conceptualize his repeated statements of: "Whatever I tell you is not enough. You need to experience it."

After spending the day at this place that lovingly encapsulates the Mayan culture along with the natural beauty of Cancun. I must agree. Hopefully the photographs will help.

Personally, I think that you should come to Cancun and experience it for yourself. The best way? A Royal Holiday vacation! Oh and if you decide to go to Xcaret, my suggestion is to get the PLUS ticket.. It's WELL worth the price and you're not going to want to miss A THING!

This post is a result of a trip that was sponsored by Royal Holiday. I was not compensated for this post and all opinions are strictly my own.
