The only way that I'm going to get through this first week of doing something new is by LETTING SOMETHING GO. I need to get out of the house (step away from the computer) and have a menu to choose from (rather than those tin foil packets that were never marked with mystery meat in the freezer).
I'll be buying some Restaurant.com gift certificates. That way, for the price of ONE MEAL out, I can LITERALLY go out every night this week.
