WIN - An autographed copy of AGING BACKWARDS by Jackie Silver

I figured that I'd better get this one up ASAP so that the winner can have it in their hands by January 1st. Just in time for those New Year's Resolutions. Have you started thinking about them yet?

Well, if improving the way you look and feel about yourself is your resolution. Then the person you have to turn to is Jackie Silver.

Jackie has discovered the Fountain of Youth, because this 50 year old doesn't look a day over 35 and we ALL want to know what SHE KNOWS.

I wrote about her book "Aging Backwards" HERE just a few weeks ago. I purchased the book for myself as a PRE-RESOLUTION gift, because I wanted to get started RIGHT AWAY!

Let me tell you, it's JAM PACKED with information (most of it was NEW to me).

Jackie has graciously offered an AUTOGRAPHED copy of "Aging Backwards: Secrets to Staying Young" as a giveaway on Champagne Living this week. GO take a peak at what the winner has in store by visiting Jackie's SITE.

If you can't WAIT to see if you won & want to buy a copy RIGHT NOW, so that you can start Aging Backwards ASAP, you can purchase the book from her WEBSITE. Use the code stayingyoung to get a $3.00 discount!

What do I have to do to enter? It's simple really.

* 1 entry daily Leave your name & e-mail address in the comments - along with what your BIGGEST anti-aging concern is.

* FIVE extra sweepstakes entries for EACH place that you list this contest (your blog, a forum, an e-mail list) - come back and add the link to the comments section.

* End Date: Monday, December 22, 2008 @ 11:59 pm EST

* Winners will be chosen by Random.org.

* Winner will be posted on Wednesday, December 24, 2008 and notified via e-mail. Winner has 72 hours to respond to winning e-mail, or an alternative winner will be chosen.

Ugh! My hair. It looked wonderful the last time I went to a salon, for a cut, and the lady used a flatiron on it.
I was runway-ready that day, let me tell you!
But then I washed it, the next day, and Cinderella's carriage was in the garage, on blocks, for the duration. My almost-50 hair is soooo lifeless. One thing, I think I'm guilty of over-coloring.
I would not really want to be 25 again, but I would like my "old" hair back!!

I can handle (ugh) the wrinkles, aches and pains, the forgetfulness, and all the other associates things that go along with getting older. What I worry most about is my health because there are still so many places to see and things to do and I want to be able to enjoy them all.

My biggest concern is my memory. I seem to forget the simplest of things. Next, my overall health and then finally my aging skin.

I saw some kind of tape on a TV infomercial the other day, to put on "batwing" arm flab, to try to tame it. Frankly, I'd rather just wear longer sleeves, since I think that 3/4-length sleeves with a boatneck top look very Audrey Hepburn-ish.
And, tape adhesives don't always agree with skin...(itchiness can result, or rashes)...
